TEHRAN (FNA)- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei in a letter to Hamas Politburo Chief Ismail Haniyeh announced that Iran will continue supporting the oppressed Palestinian nation in the face of the Israeli regime.
Al MayadeenTV reported that the Supreme Leader in his letter underlined that the Islamic Republic will spare no efforts to defend the rights of Palestinians against the usurper and fake Zionist regime.
"I have carefully read your letter about the status quo of dear Palestine. I appreciate all Jihadi forces for the Resistance Movement that has weakened and frustrated the US and Zionist regime," Ayatollah Khamenei wrote.
"The Zionist enemy is violating the legal rights of Palestinians via expansion of occupied lands and imposing economic pressure on the besieged areas," he added.
"Through logic, reason, and experience, the Resistance and brave Palestinian nation have ruled out the Zionists’ threats and temptation," Ayatollah Khamenei noted.
The Supreme Leader stressed that keeping vigilance, unity, and solidarity among the Palestinian people and groups has been effective in thwarting the sinister schemes of the Zionist enemy and will bring about the divine victory.
In a relevant letter in September 2019, Hamas politburo Chief Ismail Haniyeh in a letter praised Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei for his support and emphasis on arming and equipping the Palestinian resistance groups, stressing that Tehran's support boosts the fight against the Israeli regime.
