Deputy Police Commander Brigadier Qassem Rezaie recalled the dynamic rally last year and the previous years on the same occasion, hoping for a soon end to the difficulties imposed by the coronavirus pandemic against all social classes.
He also referred to a number of Iranians who have been seen walking to the borders, expressing regret that due to the need to respect the rules and regulations of the Iraqi government the Iranians cannot enter that country by land under the current coronavirus pandemic conditions.
